Democratic Leadership is asking for our members to advocate in support of the Special Use Permit for the expansion of the Dal-Al-Noor Mosque. We are all familiar with the wonderful work the Mosque does in support of the residents of PWC. The board will be voting on this issue on Tuesday, February 2nd. Sup. Vega is holding a Town Hall with the hopes of encouraging her supporters to show up and speak out against this request. We are asking all who can, to listen in to this Town Hall so that we can better equip ourselves to stand in support of the Mosque expansion. A follow-up email will be sent later this week with the link to sign up to speak remotely at the BOCS meeting and and talking points to support the Mosque expansion.
