It is with a heavy heart we communicate the passing of beloved community leader, Mr. James Hicks. Mr. James Louis Hicks passed away, surrounded by his loving family. We extend our heartfelt condolences to his loving wife Lisa and their family. 

Funeral Arrangements:

Services will be held on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 Mountcastle Turch Funeral Home 4143 Dale BlvdDale City, VA 22193. The view will begin at 10:00 a.m. followed by the funeral service at 11:30 a.m. Masks are required; social distancing will be practiced.
