Prince William County Public Works Department installed equipment, called a Bandalong Litter Trap, in Neabsco Creek located at the headwaters to Neabsco Regional Park. The Bandalong is designed to catch the most floatable trash in the Neabsco Creek watershed and reduce the impact of trash on the county’s major waterways.
Prince William County Board of County Supervisors Chair-At-Large Ann B. Wheeler, Vice-Chair Andrea Bailey, Woodbridge District Supervisor Margaret Angela Franklin, and Neabsco District Supervisor Victor S. Angry, attended the Bandalong unveiling ceremony.
